Kufri is located around 15 Km from Shimla and is the Highest Point around Shimla. If visiting Shimla one should not avoid this place specially in Winter when there is no snow in Shimla you can find it in Kufri.

One can hire a Taxi from Shimla for Kufri and Naldehra. There are many local Taxi and car rental service in shimla. One good man I met was Mr. Gagandeep owner of Hilander Travel. His vehicles are in good condition and price are reasonable and above all he is very friendly and professional.
